How long will it take to process my order?
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, but during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sale there may be a slight delay.
If you are ordering for international delivery we can’t be responsible for delays caused by customs.

United Kingdom Delivery
Free UK Standard Delivery (2-3 working days)
Next Day Delivery (Order by 12pm) - £7.50
Europe (3-5 working days) - £10.00
Rest of World (5-15 working days) - £15.00
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We are currently only able to ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
How can I track my order?
As soon as an order has been processed and dispatched, Harry Brown London will send you a shipping confirmation email which will contain both your waybill number and a link for you to track your shipment.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Delta, American Express, Maestro Debit Cards and Paypal. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website www.paypal.com.
When will my credit card be charged?
The transaction will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details and received credit authorisation.
Why have items that I added to my cart disappeared?
Items stay within the customers shopping bag for 120 minutes. Until an order is concluded, items added to your Shopping Bag remain available on the website and can therefore be purchased by other customers.
How do I know if my order has been successful?
Once your order has been completed and your payment has been successful, you will receive an email confirmation. This will contain your order number and complete details of your order.
It's been over 24 hours and I still haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder and make sure that firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org are in the safe senders list of your email account. This will prevent the anti-spam filter from blocking future communications. If this doesn’t work, contact us as there may be errors with the email address you registered with.
How do promotional codes work?
Promotional codes give you access to exclusive promotions and initiatives on harrybrownlondon.com. To receive Promotional Codes, subscribe to our Newsletter.
Enter the code in the appropriate field at checkout to activate the promotion and click “Apply”. Only one Promotional Code can be used for each order. If the code turns out to be invalid, refer back to the newsletter to verify the dates of the promotion and which categories it can be applied to.
About Customs, Duties & Taxes
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Harry Brown London has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
